The 3's slipped to another defeat at title chasing Eastcote leaving our Div 1 status hanging by a thread.

In a topsy turvey encounter,we did well to restrict the hosts to a seemingly below par 202 all out,espeially after they were 100 without loss at one stage.

Pick of the bowlers were spinners Vikram Thakur and Anurag Dayal,who bowled 36 overs between them,and finished up with 4 wickets apiece.

Special mention also to 'Wilf' Rand and Chetan Ubale. Wilf took 2 stumpings,and kept impecably,and Chetan took 3 good catches in the outfield.

After undoubtedly the best tea of the season,

Twickenham's batting again crumbled,and our chase was soon in tatters at 30 for 5. Despite a classy 61 from Thakur and a resolute 27 not out by Rand,the T's eventually folded for a hugely disappointing 170.

As another game slips by,2 wins from our last 2 games will probably be the minimum requirement if we are going to stay in the top division.
