Brentham 70- All Out R.Payne- 5-43
B.Thorne 4-9
Twickenham 73-0
N.Walder 24 S.Cowley 23
The 5ths bagged 2 wins in 2 by demolishing
Brentham at
The second innings did not last long as Nick and Stephan Cowley saw of the runs in 11 overs. Both played some very classy shots. 17 year old Stephan definitely showed how much of a good eye he has as he slapped away all his predominant runs with powerful shots to the boundary. The innings folded on the 11th over with not a single wicket down.
Everything was perfect for the T’s and nobody can label this as an easy win as Brentham have always been a quality side. The fielding was tight and everyone maintained sufficient amount of discipline in terms of their fielding ability. The backing up was top draw and the support amongst each other was ever so commendable. Keep up the momentum against Middlesex Tamils and this will definitely enlighten our season.
To top it all up we would like to thank Stuart Amos and his band for an entertaining night on Saturday. The Big Tackle definitely rocked Twickenham alive and definitely got my 5th team boys dancing on the floor. Saturday 17th July 2010 showed how close everyone is, how special and inspiring TCC is. This will be a life time memory for everyone that was present and another famous night not to be forgotten.

Thanks for coming- Everyone who didn’t bat
or bowl but on behalf of Holger I would like to say to Crouchy,
Gilbert and Joseph…..Thanks for Coming!
Holger Kriess award- Hinay Dassani (This was given to me by the one and only Hendo. I deserved this because I bowled so many over’s and did not claim a wicket. Therefore it was the worst performance of the game!)
Jonty Moment- Great fielding from everyone
and Hendo certainly showed safe pair of hands alongside Harmeet
and chav Tom Davies.
Monty Moment- I can’t recall any apart
from a few which went past Sanjay Rawal. Lucky enough he was well
backed by Tom Davies and Stephan Cowley
Jonno Cockney Column: Let me get started
on that Endo. Ow did e take two catches. E mus ave put is ands on
1 of dem glue tubs. E is absolutely monk. Az for that Gilbert, JLS
and Crouchy ow did they even get promoted to the 4’s. I mane I
know it was due to cars but if it was may in Olgers shoes I would
jast rava take the old London buses to Acton. That is jas
shambles. As for the Inay ow can e not get a wicket. I guess there
were no Mongolians in their tame. Az fo that Armeet Singh I wanna
