One of
- Daube of beef, celeriac mash, roast carrots, parsnips, braising liqour
- Herb buttered corn fed chicken, baby leeks, savoy cabbage, dauphinoise, thyme jus
- Open lasagne of wild mushroom, spinach, baby leeks, truffle cream
Plus one of
- Lemon tart, raspberry sorbet, raspberry tuile
- Dark chocolate mousse, chocolate sorbet, chocolate sauce
Plus coffee and biscuits
There will also be either a DJ in attendance, or a live band. We are just sorting this out now. Speeches will be short, and to the point. I promise!
The cost is £35 per head. Whilst this is £5 more than we charged last year, I hope you'll agree that Lensbury is a super venue and the food looks very good indeed. It is also hoped that the club will make a small profit on each of the tickets sold.
Could you PLEASE email club secretary Dan Hough HERE as soon as possible answering the following:
(i) whether you can come
(ii) whether you are bringing anyone else (and feel free to bring as many people as you like)
(iii) what food you would like.
