For those who might have missed previous messages regarding renewing your Colt’s annual membership there’s still a little time left to secure your Child’s place for the 2018 season before tomorrow’s (31st March) deadline.

Colts outdoor training will begin very soon with the first Colt match taking place on the 16th April! (U15s v Kew CC) - I'm sure it will have stop raining by then!

We have waiting lists in the U9s,U11s, U12s and U14s age groups. If we do not receive payment by the 31st March we will offer your child’s place to those on our waiting lists.

If you are intending to renew but will not be able to do so by the deadline (perhaps you are about to go away for Easter break) please send me a note to reserve your Child’s place.

We have three payment options…

The payment options can be found on the payments page of the Twickenham CC website - please click here to veiw. You will need to be logged in to the website to make the payment. If you need a reminder on how to make a payment I can send through a guide on the process - I've also tried to attached the guide to this news article. Please do make sure you use one of these three options – we have had instances where parents have used other options within the payments area - this makes it a little more difficult to keep track of who has paid – the payment options all use the TCC Colts Logo - click here to see how it looks.

Please remember this renewal process is for all our Colts in the U9s to U17s (that’s all those in School Years 4-12) age groups. If you have children in the All Stars age groups ( School Years 1-3) you will have received a message from Sally Orton on how to register and pay.

All the details for U9s to U17s renewals were included in emails sent to parents on the 12th Feb. and 15th March - as well as a message sent yesterday (29th March) to those that hadn’t paid at that point. If for any reason (sometime these messages do end up in people’s junk/spam folders) you did not receive the details please do contact me I can resend them to you.
