The Twickenham Ladies swept to a resounding victory in their first home game of the season on 21 May. Sunny Pottay was the star of the show, helping herself to 5-21 including a hat-trick as Finchley were put to the sword. This left a number of team mates wondering whether overdosing on Jaegermeister the night before might actually be the perfect way of getting yourself in the groove for a game of cricket. A few of the male members can tell of experiences that may well back that up.
