Dean's doggedness and Field and Thamby's frugal spells put the twos on course for victory

Weather that was ideal for ducks didn't prevent the seconds from - somehow - getting a full game in at the weekend. Respect due to all at Hornsey as their ground, situated where it is at the bottom of a big slope, is not always the driest place around. Runs were hard to come by and the Ts were really forced to work hard for their 10 points. Exemplary forward defensives and leave alones very much the order of the day.
