Three derby games against Teddington, a top of the table clash for the 4s and the 5s face bottom placed South Hampstead. Lots to play for.

Chairman Jon Varney may be recovering from hip replacement surgery, but his promise still stands; five wins and beer in the pavilion is on him. It's about time we made him pay!

All five Ts' sides are in action in Week 11 plus the TCC U9s before them on Saturday morning. Throw in fixtures for the MDL side, the Ladies XI and the U9s again (they really do have a busy weekend!) on Sunday and there's cricket galore on offer.

Ones travel to Bushey Park
The biggest game of the day undoubtedly takes place in Bushey Park where the Ts play Teddington. Carlos Nunes's men have recently run in to a seam of much better form, and they now sit 7th in the table (see here), 14 points ahead of the relegation trap door.

Teddington, meanwhile, are struggling a bit. They now sit in 8th place, six points behind Twickenham. Will week 11 finally see Twickenham take maximum points from their near-neighbours in a league game? Maybe, we'll see.

Cricketing six-pointer for the twos

The twos welcome Teddington to the Green in the reverse fixture. Eugene Berger's men have battled gamely this season but the table nonetheless doesn't make happy reading (see here). Teddington have also struggled more than normal and they currently sit one place above the Ts in 8th. If Berger's man are going to have any chance of staving off relegation then they really must win on Saturday. A cricketing six pointer, that's for sure.

The Fantasy League front runner, Kev Cavilla, returns to the twos' side, and Berger has plenty of capable batsmen on which to call. There's also lots of variety in the spin department with Anu Agarwal, Tom Field and the skipper himself all options there. Ozzie Qavi, Phil Nash and Parampreet Singh offer seam options aplenty. So, Berger has plenty of firepower on which to call, it's simply a case of players coming to the party and producing the goods.

Threes hit the North Circ
Life doesn't get any easier for the thirds. A very positive result against promotion chasers Acton should nonetheless encourage Steve Watts and his men as they travel to table-toppers North London (see here for the table).

As this preview went to press Watts was still finalising his final XI (much as were the other TCC skippers), but one thing was clear. Stu Amos captains in the skipper's absence. He will be looking to build upon last weekend's impressive efforts when 'The Big Tackle' managed two half-centuries in two days.

Dom Thamby and Firooz Ahmad - fresh from four wickets in one over in the midweek T20 against Thames Ditton (see here for more on that) - certainly offered plenty of potency with the new cherry, whilst Jay Plaha and Sam Cliffe also give bowling back up.

Batting-wise, Colin Blunden is promoted from the fours, whilst the experienced Martin Fairn and Oli George also come in to the middle order. Coach Guharaja also steps up as does Nihal Tomar. The threes might be playing a side in form, but they have the tools to cause a shock.

Teddington 4s visit Broom Road
The fours welcome Teddington 4s to Broom Road. In truth, neither side is in particularly good form; Twickenham sit 7th in the table, 14 points ahead of their visitors in 8th (see here). Plus, with selection as it is this week Hinay Dassani has been forced to dig deep in terms of getting a side together.

That having been said, the 4s have shown already this season that they can eek out results against apparently better sides. So, with that in mind, there's plenty of reasons to go in to this local derby in positive mood.

5ths travel to South Hampstead
Paramdeep Saini's fifth XI are, much like the threes, off to enjoy themselves on the North Circular. They play South Hampstead.

Although Saini's side have struggled both to get players on the pitch and subsequently to get points on the board, they can take heart from a strong performance in week 10 against Lohana. The batters managed to post north of 200 and they took six Lohana wickets with them before succumbing to defeat.

South Hampstead are hardly in great form themselves. They sit bottom of the table (see here). In adversity grows strength, and the late inclusion of Paul McLoughlin may just prove the master stroke that helps the 5ths get back to winning ways. Or it may not. We will see.

It's been a tough week for all five skippers. Come Saturday, however, all five sides have games that should bring the best out of them. Go well, guys.
